Sereyka Builds provides:

- World downloads for Java and Bedrock editions

Subscription and Payments
Access to premium content requires a paid subscription through Patreon. By subscribing:
- You agree to Patreon's terms of service
- Payment is processed entirely by Patreon
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled according to Patreon's refund policy
Note: We do not store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely by Patreon.
Permitted Use
With an active subscription, you may:
- Download and use files for personal Minecraft gameplay
- Build structures in your own worlds (single-player or multiplayer)
- Share screenshots and videos of your builds (with credit appreciated)
- Use builds on private servers with friends
Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Redistribute files: Share, upload, or distribute downloaded files to others
- Resell: Sell or commercially distribute our content
- Claim ownership: Present our builds as your own original work
- Mass distribution: Upload files to public websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms
- Bypass access: Share your account or circumvent subscription requirements
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on Sereyka Builds, including but not limited to 3D models, designs, images, and code, is the intellectual property of Sereyka. The purchase of a subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal purposes only.
Minecraft Trademark
Sereyka Builds is an independent fan-made platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any of their partners. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Compatibility with all Minecraft versions
- Uninterrupted access to the service
- That files will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
